In a certain block of apartments in the upper areas of Barcelona, the district of San Gervasio, is a house of 150 m² designed by Espacio in Blanco. Although uninhabited for some time, the doors were opened to the project leader and the interiors went to his mind to become what he became today. It has style, design and a lot of white in its appearance. Where did this all start? Well, everything was started from scratch with a goal of creating a comfortable floor that one can enjoy everyday. During the renovation, only the wooden window was preserved while the rest was remade from the materials that were available. It also has a study space that is ample to let your thoughts run wild between the bulkheads. The end result is something eclectic but really daring. The owners have managed to mix and match the inner aspects of their personality. They wanted to have a lot of white and it was definitely a fulfilled wish. Another key aspect of the house is the presence of a very large kitchen which is a tribute to the profession of owners that both are engaged in the restoration.
An empty house with a complete makeover, it is the end result of a housing design with practical solutions and pieces that embrace different styles. The project leader of this House, Barbara Aurel, left everything to the white color. It was a perfect plan for the house of 150 square meters. Aurélie is the person responsible for this light project. He has had a long professional experience that has given him the chance to create unique and defined spaces suitable for the people who live there. Always in advance when it comes to the latest trends, Aurelal also directs the White movement which is a laboratory full of tendencies and ideas with samples of painting, sculpture, photography and literature in order to converge the experience of designers and artists in the current scene.
